The Bronco Student-Body kicked off Red Ribbon Week by breaking out some of their wackiest boots, hats and socks. Some were clad in beanies, snapbacks and fedoras, others in striped, polka dot or colored socks and some with both. Boots of all kinds were a hit too. The senior class went all out as it is they’re last year to participate.

“I decided to wear all three in the craziest colors I could find because I really like the idea behind Red Ribbon Week. Its also my senior year so I thought ‘why not have some fun?'” said senior, Ayriah Barr.

Student Body President, Emily Hernandez along with other Student Council officers, was pleased with the turn out of the day and how many students participated.

“I’m glad that people actually decided to participate because its important to not only show your school spirit but to also show that you care about the meaning behind Red Ribbon Week,” said Hernandez.
